Currently, Beher USA ships exclusively within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, to ensure the fastest delivery times for our perishable goods.
What is the shelf life of your vacuum-packed products?
When kept refrigerated, our vacuum-packed sliced ham and charcuterie typically maintain peak freshness for up to 6 months. Once opened, we recommend consuming within 3-5 days.
Are Beher products gluten-free and allergen-friendly?
Most of our traditional acorn-fed hams are naturally gluten-free. However, we recommend checking the specific ingredient list on each product page for detailed allergen information.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
How should I store a whole bone-in ham after carving?
A whole ham should be stored in a cool, dry place on its stand. Cover the cut surface with the fat slices removed during the initial carving and a clean kitchen towel to prevent drying.
